Fat: <\/strong>0g<br \/>\n<strong>Cholesterol: <\/strong>0mg<br \/>\n<strong>Sodium: <\/strong>20mg (40mg)<br \/>\n<strong>Protein: <\/strong>0g<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Snack One<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>One Dannon Activia Light Vanilla Yogurt cup<br \/>\nI was not expecting to like this. \u00a0Since I&#8217;m a vanilla ice cream fan, I have found that other vanilla flavors don&#8217;t really have the same yum factor. \u00a0This was not bad though. \u00a0Does it beat ice cream, no&#8230; but it certainly is good enough to eat a second time. \u00a0(as if I would not finish the box of the stuff i have in my fridge)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calories:<\/strong> 70<br \/>\n<strong>Total Fat: <\/strong>0g<br \/>\n<strong>Sat. Fat: <\/strong>1.5g<br \/>\n<strong>Cholesterol: <\/strong>15mg<br \/>\n<strong>Sodium: <\/strong>600mg<br \/>\n<strong>Protein: <\/strong>16g<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Snack Two<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>One Serving of Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts. \u00a0I realize that the caloric information on this is\u00a0repetitive, and will continue to be (as i have a huge can)&#8230; I apologize for that. \u00a0However, the point of this exercise is to count calories. \u00a0I suppose there is the small point of sharing my opinion on the taste and quality of low calorie meals and snacks that I try.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calories:<\/strong> 160<br \/>\n<strong>Total Fat: <\/strong>14g<br \/>\n<strong>Sat. Fat: 2g<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Cholesterol: <\/strong>0mg<br \/>\n<strong>Sodium: <\/strong>190mg<br \/>\n<strong>Protein: <\/strong>7g<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Totals Before Dinner<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Calories:<\/strong> 760<br \/>\n<strong>Total Fat: <\/strong>21g<br \/>\n<strong>Sat. Fat: <\/strong>3.5g<br \/>\n<strong>Cholesterol: &lt;<\/strong>20mg<br \/>\n<strong>Sodium: <\/strong>900mg (and whatever comes in a small packet of salt)<br \/>\n<strong>Protein: <\/strong>27g<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Dinner<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I tried to be creative at dinner, unfortunately I do not have a calorie count&#8230; But I did use good ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>I made Tilapia Wraps. \u00a0I&#8217;m uncertain as to how good this recipe actually is, as my husband hasn&#8217;t eaten it yet. \u00a0I have a feeling that the curry I used was not quite right for the recipe, but I was too chicken to use the spicy curry. The dish ended up being on the sweet side, and I&#8217;m thinking that did not combine in the best way with the garden salsa I had selected. \u00a0However, having said all that, it certainly was not inedible and I&#8217;ll be eating left overs for lunch on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>My recipe had the following in it:<\/p>\n<p>2 Tilapia Filets<br \/>\n3 teaspoons of Chile flavored Olive oil<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of a Tandori type curry<br \/>\nfew dashes of French sea salt<br \/>\nTomato flavored wheat tortillas<br \/>\nlettuce<br \/>\nsmall sprinkling of grated cheese<br \/>\nabout 3\/4 cup of garden salsa<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I think it might be more realistic to do my log the next day, as it will allow me to write the post in all its glory one time.
